Excellent service. As soon as I requested the survey, Shape got in touch to discuss any particular concerns I had. Survey was arranged and the report sent to me promptly, and the surveyor who conducted it was happy to explain any points I wasn’t quite sure of. Now I just need to negotiate with the vendor to address the defects highlighted by the survey.
