The customer service of both Neal and Nigel was 100%. Neal who was my first point of contact explained how the problem had occurred and despite being very busy arranged for Nigel to come out on the same day to repair the problem due to security. I had a courtesy call from Neal advising of the arrival time of Nigel and he arrived on time. Nigel was very polite and explained what he was going to do and checked everything was working before leaving. These two gentleman are a credit to Countrywide Security Systems and I fully recommend this company to anyone. The customer service was brilliant.
