I had never done any martial arts before, at 33 I started the adult kickboxing. It is an excellent mental and physical workout. There is a fantastic atmosphere. The instructor is great and everyone is very welcoming , highly recommended.
My eldest son has attended this dojo for 4 years really helped massively build his confidence and taught him discipline. The no parent spectator is a brilliant element to this place daunting at first but allows children to build independence. In this day an age teaches the right self defence kids need. Like it so much just enrolled my youngest.
My boys look forward to their kickboxing sessions every Saturday afternoon. They recommend joining if you want to push, challenge and build confidence in yourself. Friendly atmosphere, environment and instructor.

An amazing family friendly martial arts club who value their members… best in the business and highly recommend. My son loves it and has developed considerably since joining.
My 5 year old son has been training here since September and he loves it! The coaches are professional, welcoming and super friendly and most of all patient with my son. We attend 3 times a week and with the last two lockdowns we have been on zoom and I can’t thank these guys enough for how much they have kept my son interested and active he is thriving and always excited for kickboxing! Highly recommended 
Really good club and coaches. My 6 year old trains with Coach James and she’s gained lots of confidence since starting. Really friendly atmosphere and great for kids.

I would definitely recommend Black Widow Martial Arts Academy. I have been training here and my experience is great with them. They are very professional. The have ladies instructors. My instructor is excellent in her job and in behaviour with her clients. Thanks.
Black Widow is one of the best Muay Thai Boxing Gyms so if you’re thinking of getting into Thai Boxing, this is the gym for you! The team there are so friendly. The whole time I was there, I felt at home. The trainers are well certified and know they’re stuff.
If your fitness goals are to lose weight, maintain fitness levels or progress in Martial Art’s Black Widow can accommodate all. Plenty of equipment to accommodate weight training, body weight exercises, circuit work and all round bag/pad work.
