What a lovely restaurant! Beautiful setting, faultless service and wonderful food. The chocolate brownie was the best I’ve ever had and the sticky toffee pudding wasn’t far behind either.

A lovely restaurant on the canalside by Birmingham; It has a vintage interior inside with the building space well utilised. The food we had today was good but nothing out of the ordinary or exceptional.

Food was gorgeous but relatively slow serving, although it was busy and on the plus side it gave us more drinking time, so we didn’t feel rushed at all. Had afternoon tea and given choice of sitting inside or out.

Outstanding customer service I normally wouldn’t start a review like that however it is the headline.

Verdict: Good food is at the heart of this cosy cafe, with an emphasis on creativity and flair, as well as a core focus on seasonal,.

Absolutely outstanding customer care, by far the best I’ve received in a long time. The staff were very attentive and courteous and it was clear nothing was too much trouble.
