 am a very experienced cyclist and have used Northfield Cycles for over 20 years, buying 4 bikes from them. This is the best cycle shop in the Midlands, Rich and Simon know their stuff and always go out of their way to help and get me back on the road.

Just purchased my Giant hybrid bike. Excellent service and very knowledgeable. I only cycle for pleasure and I’m not a serious cyclist but I’m always treated so well. Had my old bike serviced during the pandemic again wonderful service even though they were inundated with service requests.
I have no hesitation in recommending this shop to anyone who loves cycling.

First time I’ve taken my bike to Sutton shop & will come back again. I emailed them and they replied swiftly. They squeezed me in for repairs ASAP. Nathan was helpful friendly knowledgeable guy front of house. Stu was excellent technician. Did investigative look into my gear problem not just a quick fix. Very good service.

Really great bike shop, can’t recommend highly enough. Have been using since they opened for bits and bobs, a bike for my son and servicing – including a fairly major overhaul of my mountain bike. This required some parts they couldn’t get hold of for a sensible price so they helped me find what I needed for me to buy directly. I really respected this approach, have experienced the polar opposite elsewhere.

Well, i couldn’t get a proper booking and get my bike fixed because one of the two guys is on a paternity leave, but nevertheless they still gave a quick look and helped me out with advice and did what they could. So the awesomeness is definitely there despite the unfortunate timing. Certainly my go to bike-service shop from now on.
Very friendly down to earth and professional. Sorted my poorly bike out for very reasonable charge. I will definitely use them again and recommend.
