I had acupuncture treatment between 2018 and early 2919. Dr Shen was professional and very flexible with appointments. I could definitely recommend her services.
I was extremely nervous to start with, petrified of needles. Dr Shen allowed my partner to come in with me to hold my hand! I went for fertility help, I have pcos & absent periods of 3 years. The aim was to return my period and ovulate. Dr Shen was able to talk me through it and put my mind at ease, always there to talk to or email. Very flexible with appointments
Dr Hua Shen is very friendly and approachable. I used to go for acupuncture sessions about 3 years ago and felt a massive difference in myself. However I’ve been unable to continue since moving away but as soon as I am back in Birmingham I will definitely continue.

I recently had Covid which like so many others I have suffered with my breathing. I have had a cough which was being caused by palpitations. I had been suffering for about 8 weeks l. I tried so many different things however nothing was helping with the palpitations until I visited Gagan. She focused on this particular issue which has helped so much. I haven’t had palpitations for two days which in turn has reduced the cough. I can’t wait for my next session Gagan. Thank you so much.
