Love Tiffany’s in Bond Streeg London, so its good to have a branch in Selfridges Birmingham. Service there just as good. Real feel good factor when you are there.
Lucky me, charm for my bracelet. Fabulous service as ever.
We had to wait 45 mins to be able to enter the store. However the service was definitely worth the wait. Lovely attention to detail and very helpful. They did not have our size of bracelet, we ordered one to our home, it arrived quickly and beautifully packaged.

The owners went above and beyond to help me replace a much treasured lost piece of jewellery, today. Whenever I’m in Birmingham, I always visit. Even more so, now. Cannot promote enough! Beautiful gifts at incredibly reasonable and realistic prices.
I am a very softly spoken person. I went in, with a smile and very polite in my demeanour, the man serving was very rude and sarcastic. I found him very unpleasant, the shop itself is lovely.
Love this treasure of shop tucked away in the Piccadilly Arcade. Tasteful stock beautifully displayed. Well worth a visit for cards, jewellery and gifts or for own home “bits & pieces”
